How do I make a return step by step?

If you need to return a product, the process is simple. You just have to write to us via email or WhatsApp and follow these 4 steps.

Step-by-step guide

1️⃣ Contact us

Write to us at ventasamper@revimiberica.com or via WhatsApp indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
📦 Important: do not send the package without notifying us first.

2️⃣ Prepare the product

Pack the product in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Make sure to include everything that came with it (cap, label, etc.).

3️⃣ We will tell you how to return it

Our team will tell you if a carrier will come to pick it up or if you should drop it off at a delivery point.


🔁 If it is our mistake, we will cover the shipping costs. If it is by your choice, we will only deduct the transport costs.

4️⃣ Receive your refund

When the product reaches our warehouse and is verified to be in good condition, we will refund your money using the same payment method.
