Piedra Seca is a transparent water-repellent protector designed to waterproof brick, stone, concrete, and other porous surfaces. It penetrates deeply and blocks water entry without altering the material's natural appearance.

2️⃣ Does it change the color of the brick or stone?

It does not form an opaque layer or visible paint. Once dry, it leaves a transparent finish that slightly revives the color, providing a cleaner and renewed look without modifying the original texture.

3️⃣ Can it be applied to exterior facades?

Yes. It is especially recommended for exposed brick facades, exterior walls, vertical terraces, and surfaces exposed to rain and atmospheric agents.

4️⃣ Does it allow the material to breathe?

Yes. The water-repellent film is permeable to water vapor, which allows the substrate to breathe and prevents the formation of bubbles or blisters.

5️⃣ What is the coverage per liter?

The approximate coverage is 5 m² per liter, depending on the condition and porosity of the surface.

6️⃣ Is it easy to apply?

Yes. It is a water-based product, easy to handle and apply with a brush, roller, or sprayer. Tools can be cleaned with water.
